THE C-R-C LAW LIST COMPANY, INC., was established in 1908, and now represents over half-a-century
of service to Forwarders and to the receiving Attorneys.
No effort has been spared in compiling and furnishing you with
a select list of bonded Attorneys who will efficiently serve you
when out-of-town counsel is required. The backgrounds of listed
Attorneys are always checked, both upon application and periodically
thereafter. Listed Attorneys must be in good standing with their
state licensing authorities.
Our service department is maintained for the purpose of assisting
our Forwarders and Listees. All matters referred to this department
receive immediate and careful attention, and telephone service
is rendered
when neccesary.
THE C-R-C ATTORNEY DIRECTORY is now published in anualy. Suppliments will be issued quarterly
(New Listees and other features will soon be available at our
web site).
The receiving Attorney is to be governed by contract of employment
with Forwarders covering charges. If question of charge arises,
the Forwarder is not to cash or return the check to the Attorney,
but is to
submit the matter by letter to us, requesting instructions for
disposition
of the check. All claims settled or paid direct, after action
by our
representatives, are subject to regular charges.
Claims should not be withdrawn from Attorneys and placed with
other Attorneys unless we have been given the opportunity to investigate.
Names of Attorneys in points other than in the Continental United
States are carried for the convenience of Forwarders only, and
are not covered by bond.
Our company can recognize only the original Forwarder sending
us
the Forwarding Coupon and cannot, therefore, permit transfer or
assignment of the Forwarders' rights, either voluntarily or by
process
of law, without our written consent.
We respectfully invite the cooperation of those who use our service

etc.
